Frank Levy
President, CEO
Frank brings over 33 years of financial services experience to his Diversified Financial Consultants’ clientele.
“I work for busy, honest, successful, and open-minded people. Over 98% of our clientele have been referrals from our existing clients. I actually tell people that ‘anybody can do what we do’ but, if they have chosen to farm out the planning and implementing procedures, then we at Diversified Financial Consultants can advise, teach and coach them towards achieving their own personal and business, goals and agendas.”
In 1976, Frank began helping clients secure their financial destinies by working in the insurance and investment field. During the subsequent four years, he earned numerous achievement awards for the unique strategies and caring relationship building habits that he developed and nurtured at DFC. In 1980, he founded his own total and comprehensive financial consulting firm, and with the help of his team, has made it be a “concierge” for the clients who demand/need/want and expect at least monthly contact.
DFC is a registered investment advisor in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. In addition, DFC maintains ongoing relationships, with both present and past clients, living all over the world.
Frank’s commitment to excellence in his profession is well recognized by his peers. He has been appointed East Coast Director of Consumer Education for the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants.
Frank has always felt the need to cultivate new and inquiring minds in this ever-growing profession. He has served as an Adjunct Professor in the continuing Education College of Financial Services at the University of Delaware. Also, he has spoken with Deena Katz CFP® at Texas Tech University, interviewing MBA/MS PFP young, caring minds for the future.
Frank and his team’s unique approach begins by developing a thorough understanding of the clients’ needs. The team then accesses a vast network of specialists and experts to address the unusual problems sure to surface in each individual case. This thoroughness of approach, along with an extraordinary dedication to service, has helped him and Diversified Financial Consultants rise to the top of the field and is nationally recognized as such.
Kyle Hill
Lead Financial Advisor
Kyle Hill has been an integral part of the Diversified team for more than 11 years. He earned an A.S. in Business Management from Salem Community College in 1997, and a B.S. in Banking and Finance from Wilmington College in 2000. Kyle is a licensed life insurance agent in PA.
Kyle joined Diversified Financial Consultants through the Wilmington College internship program in 1998. Upon graduating in 2000, Kyle accepted a full-time position with Diversified. Kyle chose to accept the position with Diversified because of their strong dedication to serving their client's needs.
Chris M. Williams, CPA
Chief Operating Officer
Chris joined Diversified Financial Consultants, LLC in January 2009 as the Chief Operating Officer. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in Accounting from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in Pomona, NJ in 1999. Then he focused his attention to passing the Certified Public Accountant exam and became licensed in 2002. Since graduating, Chris has worked for various size public accounting firms in New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware.
Financial Advisor
David began working full-time at DFC in January of 2008, as a Financial Advisor Assistant. David has several professional licenses including his Series 7, Series 66 and Life Insurance licenses. David also continues to work on getting his other professional licenses. David graduated from the University of Delaware in December of 2007 with a Bachelor’s in Leadership. To complete his major, David studied abroad in Italy, Egypt, Ethiopia, India, Thailand, and China in the winter of 2007.
Kelley Louth
Client Service Coordinator
Kelley started with Diversified Financial Consultants, LLC in the fall of 2008. She began her business career at DFC as a receptionist but quickly rose to become the lead Administrative Assistant. Before this new career, she worked at Deep Blue restaurant where she ensured high standards of customer satisfaction as Assistant Manager. Kelley also obtained her notary license in July 2009.
